Lola has drawn how staff and clients work alongside each other to make Purple House a respectful and culturally safe health service.
Lola Williams Walker was born in and has lived most of her life in the NT Warlpiri community of Willowra. Her fondest memories of life there are painting, growing up her grandchildren, going hunting and teaching her family how to look after Country. She has lived in Alice Springs since she began dialysis treatment in 2013 and is a Purple House client. Lola has returned to visit family and community when the Purple Truck has travelled to Willowra.
These comfy t-shirts are made from 100% cotton.
