“My mother, Maisie King, taught me how to paint. She was born in Oodnadatta, Yankunytjatjara Country. My mum has had lots of exhibitions, I am always learning from her, when we are out in the bush and also when we are in the studio. I paint our beautiful Country and keep our culture strong.”
Iwantja Arts is an artist studio located within the remote Indigenous community of Indulkana, on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands. Iwantja Arts is an Aboriginal corporation owned and governed by a board of directors. The art centre aims to encourage and support artistic excellence and cultural development within the community by providing opportunities, career development, and economic independence for practicing artists.

Iwantja Arts Shipping policy
Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within one week of the Tarnanthi Art Fair finishing, whereupon you will receive a tracking number for your purchase and the certificate of authenticity. Orders can only be shipped once a week due to our remote location. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
