I remember growing up with my old people. They were born in the bush and survived in the bush. They had the skills and the knowledge. They knew their songlines and understood the seasons. They used to scar their bodies and paint red ochre and white paint on their bodies everyday. Every clan group had their own designs. They would sing, dance and corroboree every day. I miss them. Their spirit is inside me. I try to pass it on to the young ones.

Shipping costs are included in pricing with works smaller than 100cm. Objects larger than 100cm are not included and the responsibility of the buyer. The centre will get the work to Cairns "Pack and Send" and the buyer will make agreements with them.

Pormpuraaw Art & Culture Centre Shipping policy
Freight or postage will be covered for items under 100cm. Items over 100cm need to be dealt with differently. They will be dropped of at Cairns Pack and Send and they will assist buyer. Paintings and prints are placed in a tube and rolled up.

Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the buyer changes their mind and wants to return work it needs to happen within 30 days. Return freight needs to be covered by buyer.
