Ku Arts Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy – Some items clearly specify at the bottom of the description that the price includes shipping. These items will be sent via regular domestic post. Please get in contact with us if you’d like to arrange express shipping. Other items specify that we will be in touch after your order has been put through to provide you with a separate invoice for shipping.
Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 5-6 business days, where upon you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International/Express Shipping Policy – Please contact us for a quote on express or international shipping.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges simply for change of mind.
In the event that the item you receive is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may be able to offer you a refund with paid return of the faulty item. We are unable to offer an exchange for a similar or other item due to the unique nature of the works we are selling.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email with a product description, reason for return, and supporting image regarding the fault or damage of your item. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Returned items must have all original documentation, tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must not have been used/worn, and show no signs of this.
