There are many trees standing at the edge of a water hole, at a soakage. Two of the trees are the bean tree (Warlpiri: yinirnti; Latin: Erythrina vespertilio), and paper bark trees (Warlpiri: kintilarri, pakarli). Another tree is called Warnupurdi. There is also a creeping vine called ngarlangkartapi, which has white flowers, and its presence indicates that there is water available.
