I was born in the old Leigh Creek town and now I live in Copley on Adnyamathanha Yarta. I loved going to Balcanoona as a kid – camping out, sitting around the campfire, eating bush tucker. Balcanoona is my Grandfather Coulthard’s country.

When I was in school I used to like doing art. Now I make ceramics at Ngapala Arts with my family and other members of my community. I like drawing landscapes into my ceramics, including buildings and old rusted out cars. Drawing buildings from Farina connects me to my Grandfather Patterson who spent time there when he was young.

I like to draw things the way that I see them.
