Vera is a Wik-Mungkan and Wik-Alkan senior artist and a Clan leader for the Apalech ceremonial group. She paints in an expressive and fluid style taking after her late sister Mavis Ngallametta. Vera is a wellspring of Cultural Knowledge, gathered over many years from living on Country and learning from her old people.
