Sandra Minunga

Sandra Minunga was born in 1962 in Oodnadatta. She grew up and went to school there before moving to Finke. Sandra is now based between Finke and Umoona. Sandra’s mother was a Pitjantjatjara woman born in Ernabella, and her father was a Pitjantjatjara man born out Pipalyatjara way. She has three brothers, two have passed, and one sister. Sandra works alongside her brother Keith Minunga and sister Kay Finn at Umoona Arts. She depicts her Ngura (Country) and the rockholes around Ooodnadatta in her paintings.
