Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

Refund policy

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please look over the following conditions and contact us at: [email protected]

1. Returns Policy & Refunds

1.1 Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days on receipt of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy. If Products received arrive damaged you must get in contact with our team within 24 hours of receiving the items and provide reference photos to be eligible for replacement or a refund.

1.2 Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation and must be in a re-saleable condition. Unauthorised returns may incur extra fees.

1.3 Returns and exchange options are only applicable to paintings and artefacts that are not custom made and sold via the website or Arts Ceduna Gallery at our sole discretion. No refunds or exchanges are available on bush medicine and cosmetics, jewellery, and clothing.

1.4 The refund will be processed when we receive the undamaged Products. Returned items must have all original documentation, tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must be in their original condition and have no visible signs of wear, use or damage.

1.5 Arts Ceduna reserves sole discretion to determine whether the Products are faulty or damaged in accordance with this policy. Arts Ceduna may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred by us if the Product is found to be in good working order.
